ClanManager Legal Notice

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the ClanManager website, as well as the content, pages, forms, private areas, features and services made available to users.

ClanManager is a web platform for managing Clash Royale clans aimed primarily at leaders, co-leaders, veterans and members of clans, as well as communities and organisations connected with the game.

The Platform may provide features related to:

• Public consultation of clan and player information.
• Periodic data synchronisation via the official Clash Royale API (Supercell).
• Tracking of Clan War, pending attacks and battle days.
• History of wars, donations, activity and former members.
• Automatic evaluation of member performance.
• Private notes, tags and internal classifications for the admin team.
• Alerts, reminders and reports on clan activity.
• Clan ownership claim through in-game verification.
• Per-clan roles and permissions (super-admin, admin, collaborator, etc.).

The purpose of the Platform is to organise, analyse and support decision-making within a clan. ClanManager does not replace the official game or any Supercell service.

Accessing the Website does not, by itself, initiate any commercial, contractual or professional relationship between the user and the Owner. Any future paid plans will be governed by the corresponding General Terms of Contract.

Accessing and using the Website grants the user status of user.

The user declares that they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to use the Website and, where applicable, to purchase the services offered. When acting on behalf of a clan, community, company or third party, the user declares that they have sufficient authorisation to do so.

Use of the Website by minors is prohibited without the consent and supervision of their legal representatives, and with full respect for the regulations applicable to minors in the digital environment and in the Clash Royale game itself.

The user agrees to use the Website, its content and services in a lawful, diligent and correct manner, in accordance with:

• Applicable law.
• Good faith.
• Public order.
• This Legal Notice.
• The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• The Clash Royale official API terms and Supercell Fan Content Policy.
• Any instruction, notice or particular condition published by the Owner.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Website for illegal purposes or contrary to good faith.
• Damaging, disabling, overloading or impairing the Website or its systems.
• Introducing viruses, malware, malicious code or any harmful element.
• Attempting unauthorised access to accounts, servers, databases or restricted areas.
• Manipulating, bypassing or altering security systems.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing or modifying content without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for spam or unsolicited communications directed at other players.
• Sharing credentials or reselling access.
• Performing mass scraping, automated data extraction or other unauthorised automation against the Platform.
• Claiming ownership of clans without holding a leader or co-leader role.
• Using the Platform to harass, bully or harm other players or clans.

The user is responsible for any damages caused by improper use of the Website or Platform.

Content published on the Website is informational, educational or promotional in nature.

Although the Owner strives to keep information correct, up to date and useful, it does not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete or permanently up to date, especially when it depends on the availability and refresh cadence of data from the official Clash Royale API or other third-party services.

The analyses, scores, automatic evaluations, alerts, rankings and recommendations offered by the Platform do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of any in-game result. Users must assess the information according to their own criteria and, where appropriate, cross-check it against the official game.

ClanManager is a technological tool that supports the management of Clash Royale clans. The user acknowledges and accepts that:

• ClanManager does not guarantee victories, promotions, Clan War results or any in-game benefit.
• ClanManager does not guarantee absolute accuracy in statistics, evaluations or rankings, as these depend on external data.
• ClanManager does not replace the judgement of the leader, co-leaders or clan members.
• ClanManager is not responsible for internal management decisions taken by the user (kicks, promotions, sanctions, invitations, etc.).
• ClanManager is not liable for disputes between members of a clan, between clans or between the user and third parties.

The Platform acts as an analysis, organisation and support tool, not as a guarantee of in-game results.

The Platform consults, processes and interprets information sourced primarily from:

• The official Clash Royale API (Supercell).
• Data entered by clan administrators (notes, tags, evaluations, configuration).
• External technology providers (hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, etc.).

The user accepts that this data may vary, be incomplete, out of date, contain errors or depend on external factors outside the Owner's control. In particular, the availability, accuracy, refresh cadence and structure of the official Clash Royale API are managed exclusively by Supercell.

Certain features may depend on external services (hosting, database, authentication, email, payments, analytics, AI, etc.). Any change, limitation, interruption or cost increase in those services may affect the operation of the Platform.

The Owner may modify, limit, replace or remove features when necessary for technical, legal, commercial, security reasons or due to changes in external providers, including Supercell's API itself.

ClanManager is an unofficial fan-made project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or managed by Supercell Oy.

This site and the Platform may display names, tags, badges, cards, images, ranks, achievements and other Clash Royale-related elements. All Clash Royale materials, including trademarks, logos, characters and graphic assets, are the intellectual property of Supercell Oy and are used in accordance with the Supercell Fan Content Policy.

References to Supercell, Clash Royale, Clan War, Path of Legends or other names or elements of the game are made for identification, descriptive and informational purposes only, as necessary to explain the Platform's features.

The Website may include forms and information capture mechanisms, such as:

• Contact form.
• Registration and authentication (email, Google, Discord or other providers).
• Requests to access the administration of a clan.
• Clan ownership claim.
• Subscription to communications.
• Cookies and similar technologies.
• Analytics tools.
• Technical activity logs (IP address, browser, device, date and time of access).

Processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The user is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and updating of the data provided.

Certain features require the creation of a user account and the assignment of a role within a clan (for example super-admin, admin or collaborator).

The user is responsible for:

• Keeping their credentials confidential.
• Not sharing access with unauthorised third parties.
• Protecting their account against improper use.
• Reporting any unauthorised access.
• Keeping contact details up to date.
• Being accountable for all activity carried out from their account, including private notes, tags, evaluations or changes to other clan members.

The Owner may suspend or cancel accounts when it detects improper use, unauthorised access, fraud, breach of conditions, abusive use, unauthorised credential sharing or risk to the Platform's security.

Claiming a clan through ClanManager is reserved for the leader or a co-leader of the clan in the game, and requires in-game verification (for example by pasting a temporary code in the clan or player description).

The user who claims a clan declares that they hold that role and have sufficient standing to manage the clan through the Platform. Improper, fraudulent or unauthorised claims will result in the immediate revocation of the role and may entail account suspension and any legal action that may apply.

Roles assigned within the Platform may be modified, transferred or revoked when the clan's internal circumstances change, when there is a dispute between administrators, or when the Owner detects improper use of permissions.

The source code, design, interface, structure, features, original texts, documentation, own visual elements, the ClanManager brand and any other content of the Website and Platform that does not belong to Supercell are owned by the Owner or duly licensed for use. They are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

Access to the Website or use of the Platform does not grant the user any intellectual or industrial property right over such content, software or elements.

Except with the express authorisation of the Owner, the following are prohibited: total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, commercial exploitation, mass data extraction, copying of structure or interface, creation of derivative products and removal of legal or proprietary notices.

Clash Royale materials (trademarks, logos, images, characters, etc.) belong to Supercell Oy and their use is subject to the Supercell Fan Content Policy.

Users may enter content into the Platform, in particular:

• Private notes about clan members.
• Internal tags and classifications.
• Reasons for kicking or departure of former members.
• Clan settings, targets and reminders.
• Access request messages and other internal communications.

The user is solely responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, relevance and updating of the content they enter. In particular, they agree not to include insults, threats, discriminatory comments, personal data of third parties not necessary for clan management, sensitive information or any content that may infringe the rights of third parties.

The Owner is not responsible for:

• Offensive, false or defamatory notes entered by administrators.
• Personal data processed without a legal basis by the user.
• Complaints from other players regarding clan management decisions.

The Owner may remove, block or limit content when it detects signs of illegality, infringement of rights, abusive use, risk to third parties or breach of these conditions.

Unless expressly authorised, each ClanManager account is personal and non-transferable.

Sharing credentials with third parties, reselling access, sublicensing the Platform, allowing use by people outside the clan's admin team or bypassing established technical or commercial limits is prohibited.

The Owner may monitor access patterns, devices, IPs and other technical indicators to detect anomalous or unauthorised use. Breach of this clause may result in account suspension or cancellation, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (for example Supercell, the official Clash Royale website, social networks, community tools or technology providers).

The Owner does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, legal conditions, availability or operation of such sites, nor for any damage that may arise from accessing or using them.

The inclusion of external links does not imply any relationship, recommendation, approval or supervision by the Owner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Linking to the Website is allowed provided that the link is not made from unlawful, offensive, fraudulent sites or those contrary to good faith, does not harm the image or interests of the Owner, does not cause confusion about ownership of or relationship with ClanManager, does not imply non-existent sponsorship or approval, does not use trademarks or creative materials without authorisation, does not reproduce Website content without permission and does not embed the Website via frames, iframes or similar techniques without authorisation.

The Owner may request the removal of links when it considers that they breach these conditions or harm its rights or interests.

The Owner takes reasonable measures to ensure the correct functioning, security and availability of the Website and Platform.

However, the Owner does not guarantee:

• Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Website.
• The complete absence of technical errors.
• The total absence of viruses, malware or other harmful elements.
• The permanent accuracy of all content.
• The availability, continuity, accuracy or stability of the official Clash Royale API or other external services.
• The achievement of specific in-game results.

The Owner is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, connectivity failures, cyberattacks, technical maintenance, improper use by the user, errors in data entered by the user, decisions made based on Platform information, changes in the Supercell API or other external services, or disputes between the user and other clan members, other clans or third parties.

The user uses the Website and Platform at their own risk.

The Owner reserves the right to deny, suspend or withdraw access to the Website, Platform or its services, without prior notice, to users who breach this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy or any other applicable condition.

It may also exercise this right when there are reasonable indications of unlawful use, fraud, spam, unauthorised access, abusive use, reputational damage, improper clan claims, infringement of third-party rights or risk to the security, stability or availability of the service.

The processing of users' personal data will be governed by ClanManager's Privacy Policy.

The Platform undertakes to process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, and with applicable Spanish regulations.

Player and clan data accessed via the official Clash Royale API is processed for the sole purpose of providing clan management features. Users who enter notes or other information about other players are responsible for doing so in accordance with applicable regulations and in a manner proportionate to the clan management purpose.

The Owner applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Website, Platform and processed information.

However, the user must be aware that no system connected to the internet can guarantee absolute security. The Owner will not be liable for damages arising from attacks, unauthorised access, malware, vulnerabilities, third-party failures or security incidents when it has adopted reasonable measures in line with the state of the art and the user has contributed to the damage through negligence, misconfiguration, improper use or failure to safeguard their credentials.

The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, withdraw or expand at any time the content, features, services, design, configuration or information on the Website.

The Owner may also amend this Legal Notice to adapt it to regulatory, technical, commercial, operational or functional changes. These conditions will remain in force while they are published and will be replaced by any new versions published on the Website.

The user must indicate their name, contact email, reason for the query or complaint and, where applicable, the affected clan or account.

Where applicable to consumer relations within the European Union, users are informed that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which can be accessed on the European Commission's official website.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under applicable law. Where the user has the legal status of consumer, the competent courts and tribunals will be those corresponding under consumer protection regulations.

Where the user acts as a professional, self-employed person, company or organisation, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Ferrol, A Coruña, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
